This was useful as my wife & I wanted to get some clarification over the star rating of the hotel we had chosen. The phone call charges were only 10p/minute (as detailed on the last minute holidays web site), which is so much cheaper than other travel booking companies. She explained the star rating to us and also provided us with some additional useful information about our holiday destination and hotel as she too had been to the resort we were booking to go to and knew colleagues who had stayed at the same hotel that we were enquiring about.
Having spoken to the last minute holidays travel expert, we then went about completing our online booking. We confirmed the dates of our holiday and input our credit card details and the booking went through fine. We received our confirmation email in a short space of time which provided us with a last minute holidays order number and summarised the information we had input into the last minute holidays website e.g. the flight details, the hotel name and address, length of our stay and payment details. All in all, my wife and I were very impressed with the complete end-to-end service that last minute holidays provide.

We will certainly be using last minute holidays again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
